Dear Emmett and Owen,
September 27th, your official due date, has come and gone! What a bittersweet day, although it would have been nice to let you "bake" a bit longer, Mommy and Daddy have LOVED spending this extra time with you. Mommy and Daddy have a theory that you chose to come at exactly the right time. We picture you two plotting in there because we think Owen needed to get out due to his velementous cord insertion...Mommy imagines it went something like this: Owen: "Hey man, my cord isn't lookin' so hot, we need to get out of here quick before something happens!", Emmett: "Yep, you are right, that doesn't look right, see...mine doesn't look like that at all, what should we do?", Owen: "Hmmm....well, why don't you wiggle around a whole lot and kick the crap out of that sack, maybe that will get someone's attention.", Emmett: "Sounds, good bro!". Well, you know the REST of what happened after that conversation!!! So, Mommy and Daddy thought we would take this time to say THANK YOU for plotting to come early, we know you needed it! Since we have officially passed your due date, Mommy thought she would make a list of all of the things you have been "enjoying" in your extra time. :~)
1. Eating 3 1/2 ounces of milk or neosure formula (which we DO NOT LIKE)
2. Sleeping for a couple of hours at time at the most - we REALLY need to get this stretched out!!!
3. Walking at the park and talking about nature with Mommy.
4. Sitting in your bouncies and looking at the jungle animals.
5. Staring at the yellow paintings on the red wall.
6. Posing for photo shoots for Mommy, although, I don't think YOU really enjoy this!!
7. Screaming bloody murder when you are hungry, gassy or just want to be held.
8. Sleeping on Mommy or Daddy's chests.
9. Being worn in your home made Moby wraps. (Emmett you LOVE this)

Well, believe it or not kiddos, it is ALREADY time to eat again!! Until next time, keep eating, growing, playing, grinning and SLEEPING!!! Mommy and Daddy love you!
